Hebrew: The Language of the Covenant

If you got word of a valuable inheritance from a relative in a foreign country and there were terms of the will by which you could receive the inheritance, but it was in a foreign language, which would be best, to trust someone else to read it to you, or learn what it means for yourself. In an ideal world, it would be nice to be able to just trust others to tell you what it says. However, there are many who have private agendas who want to put a spin on the will to make it say something other than its original intent. One example that undermines the original intent actually comes from the King James Version, which is the only version to translate the Greek PAS-hhah as Easter and not as Passover in Acts 12:4.Here’s another example: The word “is” is not found in the expression, but the body is of Christ in Col. 2:17? The term “the body of Christ” is used for the same expression in all the rest of Paul’s writings. Although in Greek Grammar, the word is may be supplied in English when absent from the Greek, this is not one of those occasions. When we look at Col 2:16, 17 the original intent is that we are not to let any one judge us about the observance of times appointed by the creator, but by the body of the Messiah, who at the time of Paul’s writings were observing His appointed times. They were not to be swayed by the pagans who worshipped angels and who knows what else. The spin they put on the translation, however, is just the opposite! It makes it sound like were are not to let anyone judge us for not observing appointed times, when the original intent is to not let the Roman threats sway you from obedience to the ways of the Creator in the times He has appointed, such as New Moons, Sabbaths and other Hebrew festivals.

If you look me up on any of the social media, you will doubtless come across the term “lashon habrith” which is Hebrew for “Language of the Covenant”. I am all about finding out what the Creator and His Son the Messiah are saying to me in their original intent, which means peeling away the layers of the onion to get to the core and original intent of its meaning. 1. Christianity requires one to pray through an intermediary and to recognize a man as G-d. These are forms of idolatry. G-d’s Torah, the first five books of the Old Testament, cannot be merged with idolatry. http://www.kiruvnow.com

  2. According to the LAW, a woman who is caught in adultery can be judged guilty of her crime upon producing 2or3 witnesses.then only she can be stoned to death. Here men (sinners)are acting as judges but according to the truth and grace brought about by Yahushua ,he is the only one who has been appointed as judge both for living and the dead.
So here,Yahushua wanted them to realise that he is the one whom God has appointed as judge and they should leave all judgement for him because he is the right judge.so here the law ,giving authority to sinners to STONE her to death was put aside and grace was shown upon her.

This is wrong. Jesus merely upheld the Law — He ensured that the woman caught in adultery was judged according to the Law. The Law stipulated that not only the woman but also the man be brought before the judge. The trial was a farce, because the man wasn’t there and the Law wasn’t being kept — which is why Jesus wrote on the ground before them and then said, “let he who is without sin cast the first stone”. They were all implicated in breaking the Law, as they’d failed to bring the man along, too. Since they were all in sin according to the Law, the case collapsed, and they went away. Then Jesus asked the woman where her accusers were — and since there was no case to answer because there were no witnesses to condemn her, He told her that He did not condemn her — because He could not legally condemn her to death in the absence of two witnesses, or else He Himself would have been breaking the Law. But His parting words to her were nevertheless a rebuke: “go and sin no more” (or “go and leave your life of sin”).

God expects humanity to execute judgement upon evildoers: failure to do so is itself evil.

And yes, humans are sinners, too, but God expressly says in the Law — which after all is HIS Law — how Israel were to judge so that they judged with righteous judgement.

We live in a lawless age, where even the churches preach lawlessness and cheap grace, which is not Grace.

The body of Christ should have no part in this antinominanism. It’s straight from the Devil.

    • Aleitheia, I like your name. It means truth in New Testament Greek. Although I agree with your statement, to be honest, I need to point out that your statement is about a different article than the one I wrote. My article is called “Hebrew: The Language of the Covenant.”

In fact God gave them the LAW because of their hardened hearts transgressing the covenant.
Here covenant is different from the law but they are used synonymously (thats why it is said the law of 10 commandments or the covenant of 10 commandments)just like our Constitution and law.generally law(the judgement part) is enforced to see that people will obey the Constitution (in bible Constitution is equivalent to covenant)
So to sum up,the punishment part/law was cancelled.
