Revelation 9b – They had the angel of the bottomless pit ruling over them as king. In Hebrew he is called Abaddon, and in Greek he is called Apollyon. (Rev 9:11) I have reposted because the video did not show up last time.

Douglas, I am following along with your Revelation Bible Study. I am to Chapter 9. Can I ask you a question please? In verse 16 the number 200 million – these creatures are turned loose by the four bad angel that have been bound at the great river Euphrates, right? Those angels used these creatures to kill the third of mankind in verse 15? And, are these creatures the same or different than the locusts that came out of the Abyss in verse 3? Thank you, Susan Morris. Oh, one more question, who is the artist/song at the intro to your radio show? I love that song!

  Hi Susan, I am not sure if the locusts and the horses are different or the same. My hunch right now is that they are the same – but two different perspectives. I could be wrong about that. The song at the beginning of the show is Joel Robinette http://www.delicatefade.com/album.asp?ID=1681

    Thank you so much for helping me to understand. The Bible study is so good, I appreciate all the preparation you put into this. The Comparison chart is very helpful. I’ve never been satisfied with the standard interpretation of Revelation, so this study is making the scriptures come alive with meaning for me. It’s making such good sense, OT and NT verses are coming together like jigsaw puzzle pieces. Isn’t God’s Word exciting? I can’t get over the fact that I am living in these last days, wow. I guess I’m preaching to the choir. Thank you again.
