I tried to listen to the audio with LA Marzulli and you and the audio that is posted with that particular talk was a different audio than that one. Am I going to the wrong place?
Thanks for pointing that out. There is a mistake. I will correct it.
Incredible presentation Doug. I feel your passion for teaching. Great flow with a little humor to lighten our spirits.
I’m beginning to understand how to “occupy until He comes” on the last page of Corrupting the Image page 320 and reference to Luke 21:34-36 I get the Who, What, Where, When and Why. The “How” has been killing me. Halleluja! It’s not about me, my dreams, my kingdom and the stripping away of my idols in this economy. It’s about His Kingdom and where He is taking me for eternity. Transformation can be confusing, overwhelming, angry and depressing as we grieve the loss of our material self and possessions. It’s all been a deception. I have spent myself in pursuit of the wrong things. Lost but found. This is not the time to drift or quit. Rather to be enthused and energized, praying for the strength to endure that which is to come. Whatever that may be…

Doug–I havent had time to listen to your programme on the Straits of Hormuz.
I will later today.
But several years earlier when I was studying Revelation and looking at the Straits of Hormuz, I noticed
Abadon Island—it is at the end of the gulf right between Iraq and Iran. I never did much
with this info except to ponder the bottomless pit cf. oil wells leading to center of earth where the pit would be
bottomless and I wondered if this was a gateway for Abaddon the angel and what seem like Harpes to be released.
Certainly there is a lot of evil taking place in the countries surrounding this place—
In Revelation 9:7-11, Abaddon “The Destroyer”the angel of the abyss” and king of a plague of locusts that resemble horses with crowned human
faces, women’s hair, lions’ teeth, wings, and the tail of a scorpion
that can torment people for five months
